What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is….., “constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity”. In other words, it is a fun and effective way to get fit and stay fit. Our workouts are designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. Each class is designed so we can meet you at your fitness level. Weather you are a seasoned athlete (a mom or dad, a son or a daughter, a grandma or grandpa) or brand new to fitness we can help you reach your goals. We would love to have you join our community!

Crossfit Schedule

AS OF 2-1-19

Monday through Friday-5:45-6:45am, 8:15-9:15am

Tuesday and Thursday-5:30-6:30pm,

Saturday 8AM

Open Gym Schedule

Wednesday and Fridays-7-8:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday-9:30-10:45am

*Our regular group classes require CrossFit Fundamentals or a minimum of 3 months consistent training at an affiliate prior to dropping in.

CrossFit Fundamentals:

This class is an introduction to CrossFit’s foundational movements. It’s goal is to prime each person for understanding the structure and pace of CrossFit’s methodology and programming.

NEXT ROUND BEGINS 6-25-2019! *Tuesday’s and Thursday’s *6:45-7:45PM *4 weeks *8 progressive classes. Cost $139

ALREADY DONE A FUNDAMENTALS CLASS? Ask about our “Quick Ramp” to group class! This option is for those who may have participated in CrossFit in the past but have taken a lengthy break from regular training (6 months or more).
