New to yoga or curious where to begin? This 4-class Yoga Basics series is designed for beginners and anyone who’s tried yoga before and felt a little lost.
We’ll explore restorative yoga, deep stretch, and gentle vinyasa in a supportive, small-group setting. Classes focus on foundational postures, breathwork, and mindful movement to increase mobility, build confidence, and improve body awareness.
Our lightly heated studio provides a comfortable space to move, learn, and ask questions at your own pace. Instruction is tailored to individual bodies and needs.
What to bring: comfortable clothing and water
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
Cost: $100
Includes the full 4-class series plus one bonus yoga class at The Apex Gym upon completion.
