**Yoga Basics with Jessie

Sundays | 5:00–6:15 PM

Are you new to yoga or simply curious about where to begin? If you’ve never taken a yoga class — or have tried one and felt a little lost — this series is for you.

In this 4-class Yoga Basics series, we’ll explore restorative yoga, deep stretch, and gentle vinyasa in a supportive, small-group setting. We’ll focus on foundational postures, breathwork, and mindful movement to help increase the body’s natural range of motion while building confidence and body awareness.

Our lightly heated studio creates a comfortable environment where we can move, learn, and ask questions at our own pace. This series is designed to meet each student where they are, with options and guidance tailored to individual bodies and needs.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Water

Class size is limited. Pre-registration is required.

Cost: $100
Includes the full 4-class series plus one additional yoga class at The Apex Gym upon completion of the series.
