What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is….., “constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity”. In other words, it is a fun and effective way to get fit and stay fit. Our workouts are designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. Each class is designed so we can meet you at your fitness level. Weather you are a seasoned athlete (a mom or dad, a son or a daughter, a grandma or grandpa) or brand new to fitness we can help you reach your goals. We would love to have you join our community!

Crossfit Schedule

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 5:30-6:30am, 8:15-9:15am, 9:30-10:30am Masters Class

Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30am, 5:30-6:30pm, 7-8pm

Saturday 8AM, 9AM Community Class

*Our regular group classes require CrossFit Fundamentals prior to dropping in. This class is an introduction to CrossFit’s foundational movements. It’s goal is to primes each person for understanding the structure and pace of CrossFit Seward’s methodology and programming.
